良好农业规范(“Good Agricultural Practices”，简称“GAP”）， 是一种针对初级农产品安全控制的认证。GAP以解决农产品、食 品安全问题为核心，以关注食品安全、环境保护和农业可持续发 展、动物福利以及员工健康安全为基本原则，是提高农产品生产 全过程质量安全管理水平的有效手段和工具。

中国良好农业规范认证级别分一级认证和二级认证，一级认证高 于二级认证。
